Propolis is a resinous mixture that the honey bees harvest from trees and plants. This is considered the bee's medicine. The propolis that we use is harvested in Stillwater and Sweetgrass County in Montana.

when you have symptoms of a cold 1-2 sprays to the back of your throat 3-5x per day. Do not over use. It is very spicy because of the large amount of pine gum and resin that is naturally in the propolis.
